We understand that there may be times when the session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled either by the therapist or the client. To ensure a sense of responsibility towards the therapeutic space, we have laid certain guidelines when it comes to cancellations: In case you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will need to inform The Mood Space 6 business hours prior to your session. If you do not show up for a session without cancelling or informing your therapist with prior notice, you will be charged for the entire session, and noted as a last-minute cancellation or no show. If you are late in joining a session, if not informed about the delay, the therapist will only wait for 15 minutes. In case you do not show up, the therapist will end the meeting and the session will be marked cancelled.
