If you would like to cancel the session entirely, I will refund the entire amount if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, and will refund 50% of the amount with 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel the session with less than 24 hours’ notice 20% of the amount will be refunded. I understand that life gets in the way at times, and there may be a delay of a few minutes while joining a session. If the session begins 5 – 10 minutes I will wait, and will try my best to extend the session by the same duration to accommodate you. However, if you do not join the session 15 minutes after the scheduled time, you will be considered a no show and the session will be cancelled with no refund. During these 15 minutes I will try to contact you, and if you would like to reschedule I would be happy to do so.
