I understand that unexpected situations can arise. While I reserve your appointment time specifically for you, I also appreciate clear communication in the event of schedule changes. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 3 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may be in need. Cancellations made after this window or missed appointments may unfortunately require a full session fee. I aim to respect your time, so please arrive promptly for our session. If you are running more than 20 minutes late, I kindly ask that you reach out to me. However, after 20 minutes, without communication, I may need to consider the session canceled as I have other obligations to fulfill. Please note that sessions will end on time to ensure fairness for all clients. While unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays, I trust that we can communicate effectively and manage our time respectfully.
