Cancellation have to be made 12 hours prior to the session. In case, not informed on time, the client will have to pay for the cancelled session. In case of cancellation or no-show after the commencement of the scheduled session, fee will be taken in full, and will not be refunded or carried forward. The therapist will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled start of the session before declaring cancellation of the session without a refund.
