In case you are unable to make it to the scheduled session and want to reschedule, please give me an advance notice of at least 24 hours. Depending on the circumstances and our mutual convenience we will try to reschedule within the same week. - In case I have to reschedule, I will also try my best to give you an advanced notice as well. - Kindly note that repeated rescheduling of more than 3 times consecutively or frequent rescheduling during the course of our therapy process is not permitted; inviting cancellation charges and a conversation about the process of therapy. - Not showing up to the session without prior intimation of at least 12 hours will incur cancellation charges. Cancelling sessions within 12 hours of the slot will be considered session availed or will attract 100% cancellation charges i.e. Rs 1500. - You will not be charged if the cancellation is from my end. - Kindly note that if rescheduling and cancellation of sessions is done due to unavoidable and emergency circumstances, cancellation charges can be excused based on the therapist’s discretion.
